For your foreign power plugs we offer adapters for rent at the reception.

The nearest airport is Münster Osnabrück Airport (FMO), about a 20-minute drive (about 22 km) from the Hotel Adler.
Allergy sufferers
Please let our staff know if you need bed linen for allergy sufferers.
Arrival/Departure
Your room will be available from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask for the room to be released by 10:00 am.
Later departures are possible after prior consultation.
Baby bed
We are happy to provide you a baby bed for a fee of 30, – € for our smallest guests. Please let the reception know.
Blanket/ Pillow
Please let the staff at the reception know if you need another blanket or pillow.
Breakfast
Our rich breakfast buffet can be found in the lobby:
Monday – Saturday from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
On Sunday and public holidays from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Bicycles
Bicycles or e-bikes can be arranged for you on request (for a fee).
Bicycle garage
We offer you a dry parking space for your bicycles. Please ask our staff. For e-bikes there are sockets for charging.
Charging cable
In case you have forgotten your charging cable, we offer you a small selection of charging cables (available at our reception for rent). Just let us know what you need.
City map
You will receive a city map at our reception.
Copy / Scan
Black and white photocopies can be made at the reception. One page is charged with 0,20 €. We are also happy to scan your documents and email them to your e-mail address.
Cosmetic articles
We are happy to help you with a replacement if you have forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste or razor. We also have other cosmetic products ready for you if you do not find them in your room.
Credit cards
You can easily pay your room or cash bill by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards.
Drinks
Our staff will be happy to take care of a drink for you at the lobby bar.

Emergency exits and escape routes
In your room you will find an escape plan next to the door. Please take a good look at it. Escape route lights show you the escape route in case of emergency.

Extra bed
Depending on the room type, we can provide you with an extra bed for a fee of 40, – €.
Heating
You can regulate the temperature in your room independently.
Hotel entrance
Please always take your room card with you if you are going to be out longer than 10:00 p.m. From this time on you get access via the night entrance (entrance on the right, next to the main entrance). This is open for you at any time of the day.
Internet
We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Please select the Wi-Fi network „AdlerZimmer“ for this. When staying in our hotel lobby, connect to our Wi-Fi network „AdlerGast“. If this does not work, please contact our staff to correct the technical error.
Invoice for the room
You can pay the invoice for the room the night before at the reception. We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, as well as EC-Cash

Have you found or lost something? We are happy to help you.
Luggage
We are happy to help you with your luggage. Please contact us if we are allowed to store your luggage at the reception before check-in or after check-out.
Parking
Subject to availability, you can use our in-house and parking should be paid. You can also park your vehicle in the public parking lots opposite our house.
Pets
As we are an allergy friendly hotel, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
„Please do not disturb“
If you do not want to be disturbed in your room, please hang the „Do not disturb“ sign on the door. Please note that in case of a red card, your room will not be cleaned.

Public transport
Visit www.stadtwerke-muenster.de to have your routes in Münster calculated at any time and inform yourself about bus disruptions. We are also happy to help you personally with route planning.
Reception
Our reception is open daily between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
During these hours, we are at your disposal for all your needs.
Reservation
We like to book your next stay directly at our reception. With us you will always be offered the most favorable room rate.
Shoe polishing machine
A shoe shine machine is available in our lobby.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in all our hotel rooms and public areas. Please enjoy your cigarette in front of the house, there is an ashtray available for you. In case of disregarding the smoking ban in the rooms, you will be charged a special cleaning fee of 500, – €.
Stamps/ Post
Stamps are available at the reception.
You can also drop off your personal mail for dispatch at the reception. If you receive any mail, it will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.

You are also welcome to let us know and we will organize a cab for you.
Television
On our Smart-TVs you have the possibility to watch the different free channels. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.
If you have (e.g.) a private Netflix account, you are welcome to use it to watch your series/movies on our smart TVs. Please remember to log out again so that your account will not be used by other guests.
Umbrellas
It’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella with you? No problem, we are happy to help you out with it. Just ask for it at our reception.
